                This year (2014-2015)
 U.P.T.U. (UTTAR PRADESH TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY)                       DELAYED EVERYTHING

First the entrance U.P.S.E.E.  counselling was going like rounds in a FIFA world cup
> first-three rounds were according to RANK in entrance exam
> then a special round for OBC candidates
> a special round for SC  candidates
> and a last-and-final round for all remaining round for all students  , which was done after the               counselling of IIT and other universities.

then there was delay in Odd-semester exams of fall-2014.       check here......

then after STUDENT'S SLEEPLESS NIGHT OF HARD WORKING EXAM DAYS
